The filter has custody/detention and death or serious injury listed separately but if he filters by ‘custody’, he should be able to see recent material as well as some cases that are custody related but not deaths. We only publish a small percentage of full investigation reports which can also be accessed via the publications library, this is what returned when I selected investigations and Met police:
