Greenwich Council plan to stand in solidarity again with Sabina Nessa’s family and the community, to honour her life on Saturday 24th September by walking together as a community with Sabina’s family from Cator Park to Peglar square, where they will hold a 1 minute silence and hear from guest speakers, and closing prayers for Sabina.

Draft schedule:

8pm Meet at Cator park south 

8:15pm Start Sabina’s walk to Peglar square 

8:30pm Open 1 min silence in Peglar square 

8:35pm Guest Speakers

8:45pm Winning poem written by Sabina Nessa  

8:50pm Guest Speakers

9pm Duas, Faith leader 

9:05pm Close 

As Sabina loved light Jebina and her sisters would love everyone to walk with glow sticks and electric candles.
