Interfaith Section

Sunday, 31st August 2025, SNB Board joined the Lewisham Interfaith Walk for Peace, a powerful gathering of faith and civic leaders promoting unity and harmony in our community. The walk, which started from a synagogue in Catford and took place from 2pm to 4:30pm, stopped at several key locations, including St Laurence’s, the Civic Suite, Islamic Centre, St Mary’s, London Fire Brigade, St Saviour’s Evangelical Church, and Lewisham Police Station. This event was a meaningful way to foster understanding, respect, and peace among people of different faiths and backgrounds. SNB Board aims to build on this momentum by doing more collaborative work with local organizations to promote community cohesion and social harmony.
